Welcome to Oryx. By registering an account on our licensing portal, purchasing subscription license keys, or executing our offline clients, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Account Creation & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login keys, portal passwords, and Multi-Factor Authentication TOTP secrets. Any actions triggered via your account credentials are assumed to be authorized by you.

2. Licensing Restrictions

License keys purchased on our site are restricted to the maximum capacity of concurrent activated devices indicated at checkout. Attempting to bypass device limit handshakes by spoofing Windows Machine GUIDs, CPU IDs, or motherboard serial numbers constitutes a breach of service.

3. Local Computation SLA

Oryx client translation engines process document materials locally on your own devices. Oryx is not liable for system hardware overloads, CPU thermal throttles, or graphic card memory limits encountered during batch OCR or local translation runs.
