Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

At Oryx, data confidentiality is our primary architectural parameter. We build software tools that run locally to respect your right to privacy.

1. Document and Text Isolation

We do **NOT** collect, upload, store, or inspect any texts, PDF layouts, audio voice bytes, or OCR data processed by our applications. All files are translated on your local machine and never contact our web servers.

2. Licensing Identifiers Collected

To validate active subscriptions and prevent key duplication, the application logs:

  • User account email
  • Hardware Hash (SHA-256 hash of motherboard UUID, CPU ID, and registry identifiers)
  • Operating System type and Oryx client version

3. Rights & Consent

You can request account deletion at any time from your settings page. Deleting your account will immediately purge your user profile, license history, and registered hardware fingerprints from our database.
